Arjun Kapoor responds to trolls who target his age gap with girlfriend Malaika Arora

Arjun Kapoor and Malaika Arora have been dating for the past several years.

Actor Arjun Kapoor recently responded to people for commenting negatively on the age difference with girlfriend, actor and former VJ Malaika Arora. He said it was "a silly thought process to look at the age and make the relationship relevant".

This couple is dating since last many years. While Arjun Kapoor is 36 years old, Malaika Arora is 48 years old.

"We don't even see 90 percent of it so trolling can't be given that much importance, because it's all fake. Same people will be dying to take selfies with me when they meet me, you can't believe that story Yes, Kapoor told masala.com.

“What I do in my personal life is my prerogative. As long as my work is being recognized, everything else is noisy."

He said that they made their relationship public to avoid unnecessary speculation in future.

The actor posted a picture with Arora on New Year's Day. "As the dust settles on 2021 (obviously something the virus denies) we just want to wish you all a very happy and very ahead 2022," he wrote. Arora posted the same picture with an emotional caption.

Last week, Kapoor along with sister Anshula tested positive for COVID-19, this was the second time he had been infected. He and Arora had contracted the virus in September 2020.

Arjun Kapoor was one of several Bollywood celebrities who tested positive for COVID-19, at a time when India is witnessing a huge spike in infections and the rapid spread of the Omicron version of the virus.

On Monday, television and film producer Ekta Kapoor, actor John Abraham and wife Priya Runchal tested positive. Last month, actors Kareena Kapoor Khan Amrita Arora, Anil Kapoor's daughter Rhea Kapoor and husband Karan Boolani tested positive for coronavirus.
